Job Summary: 

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Roof Cleaner & Estimator to join our team at Washington Roofing, under the banner of United Services Northwest. This role combines hands-on roof cleaning work with customer estimates and basic sales.

Responsibilities:

include performing roof cleaning services such as moss removal and debris clearing, as well as meeting with customers to assess roofs and provide estimates. This position will typically start out of our Bothell, WA location and involve travel to nearby job sites.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working at heights, has a strong work ethic, communicates well with customers, and is willing to learn. Experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person.

Key Responsibilities:

Roof Cleaning & Field Work

Perform roof cleaning services including moss removal, soft washing, and debris clearing

Safely access roofs using ladders and proper safety equipment

Protect landscaping and surrounding property during service

Assist with job site setup and cleanup

Estimating & Customer Interaction:

Meet with customers to assess roof condition and cleaning needs

Provide clear and simple estimates using company guidelines

Answer customer questions and help them understand recommended services

Assist in scheduling approved jobs

Safety & Operations:

Follow all safety guidelines when working on roofs and job sites

Use proper PPE and equipment at all times

Maintain clean and organized work areas

Communication & Teamwork:

Communicate clearly with team members and customers

Represent the company in a professional and respectful manner

Qualifications: 

Valid driver’s license 

Comfortable working on roofs, ladders, and outdoors in various weather conditions

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs

Strong work ethic and reliability

Good communication and customer service skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred (Not Required): 

Experience in roofing, pressure washing, or exterior cleaning

Sales or estimating experience

Familiarity with roof safety practices and equipment

Work Schedule: 

Part-time or full-time hours available

Typically starts from Bothell, WA

Daytime work with occasional weekend availability depending on workload

Schedule may vary based on job demand
