About the Role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our growing team. This role combines customer service, data entry, and general administrative support. You’ll play a key part in keeping our operations running smoothly by responding to customer inquiries, managing data accurately, and helping organize information across our systems.

Responsibilities

• Answer and route customer phone calls, emails, and messages promptly and professionally
• Enter, update, and maintain customer data in our CRM and scheduling systems
• Verify the accuracy of information before processing or uploading
• Assist with estimates, invoices, and job scheduling coordination
• Track customer service tickets and follow up as needed
• Maintain organized records and digital files
• Support internal communication between field crews and office staff
• Handle basic reporting or spreadsheet updates as requested
• Identify and escalate urgent customer issues to management

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Basic proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Gmail, etc.)
• Comfortable learning new software tools (CRM, scheduling, or helpdesk systems)
• Reliable, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks at once
• Previous customer service or administrative experience preferred—but we’re willing to train
