What you’ll do

• Pick up/return calls; schedule or confirm appointments
• Light data entry, scanning, and file organization
• Prepare simple spreadsheets and update customer records
• Support small projects (mailers, labels, inventory counts)

What you bring

• Friendly communication, reliability, and eagerness to learn
• Basic Google Docs/Sheets skills; detail-oriented with good spelling/grammar
• Ability to work at least 3 - 4 consistent shifts/week
