About the Role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our growing team. This role combines customer service, data entry, and general administrative support. You’ll play a key part in keeping our operations running smoothly by responding to customer inquiries, managing data accurately, and helping organize information across our systems.
Responsibilities
- Answer and route customer phone calls, emails, and messages promptly and professionally
- Enter, update, and maintain customer data in our CRM and scheduling systems
- Verify the accuracy of information before processing or uploading
- Assist with estimates, invoices, and job scheduling coordination
- Track customer service tickets and follow up as needed
- Maintain organized records and digital files
- Support internal communication between field crews and office staff
- Handle basic reporting or spreadsheet updates as requested
- Identify and escalate urgent customer issues to management
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Basic proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Gmail, etc.)
- Comfortable learning new software tools (CRM, scheduling, or helpdesk systems)
- Reliable, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks at once
- Previous customer service or administrative experience preferred—but we’re willing to train
