We’re an up-and-coming home services startup based in Washington, rapidly growing across multiple divisions — from tree care and construction to landscaping, roofing, pest control, and more. We’re building something big and are looking for someone who’s eager to grow with us, wear multiple hats, and help shape how we run our business day-to-day.

About the Role

We’re seeking a motivated, computer-savvy individual who’s ready to jump in and take initiative. You’ll help manage communications, organize digital systems, and use tools like ChatGPT and Google Workspace to streamline daily tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Answer phone calls, take messages, and coordinate scheduling
  • Update and organize documents, spreadsheets, and forms
  • Perform Google searches and gather information as needed
  • Manage and organize company emails
  • Assist with WordPress website updates (training provided if needed)
  • Use ChatGPT and AI tools to draft messages, create templates, or summarize information
  • Support management with data entry, light bookkeeping, and customer communication
  • Help improve systems and efficiency as the company continues to grow

Ideal Candidate

  • Loves learning new technology and working in a fast-paced environment
  • Confident with computers, spreadsheets, and cloud-based tools
  • Detail-oriented, resourceful, and highly organized
  • Excellent communication skills — written and verbal
  • Willing to adapt and grow with a startup team
  • Experience with WordPress or ChatGPT is a plus — but we will train!

Compensation: $22–$30/hr depending on experience

Schedule: Monday–Friday, flexible hours (some remote work possible)
