What you’ll do
- Answer and route calls; return voicemails and confirm appointments
- Book/schedule jobs and consultations; update calendars
- Enter customer data, file digital documents, and maintain tidy records
- Support the team with light spreadsheets, scanning, and email follow-ups
- Learn our systems (FluentCRM/Housecall Pro/Google Workspace); we train you
You’re a great fit if you
- Communicate clearly, are friendly on the phone, and enjoy helping people
- Type 50+ WPM and are comfortable in Google Docs/Sheets (basic formulas nice)
- Are reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented with good follow-through
- Have 0–2 years of office, retail, or customer service experience (we’ll train!)
