Our landscaping division, Washington Landscaping, delivers professional residential and commercial services ranging from lawn care and plantings to irrigation, hardscaping, and outdoor living spaces.

We’re looking for dependable and hardworking Landscapers to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in quality work, and wants to build a career in landscaping.

What You’ll Do

  • Perform landscape installation and maintenance, including planting, mulching, mowing, edging, trimming, and weeding.

  • Assist with irrigation system installation, adjustments, and repairs.

  • Work on hardscape projects such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls (training provided if needed).

  • Operate landscaping tools and equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.) safely and efficiently.

  • Follow directions from crew leaders and project managers to ensure work is completed to company standards.

  • Maintain a safe and clean jobsite at all times.

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous landscaping or outdoor labor experience preferred but not required (we will train).

  • Strong work ethic and ability to perform physical labor in all weather conditions.

  • Team-oriented with good communication skills.

  • Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and attitude.

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

  • Knowledge of plants, soils, irrigation, or hardscaping a plus.
