Duties and Responsibilities
- Deliver professional, detailed residential cleaning services.
- Clean spaces including kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, bedrooms, and workspaces.
- Ensure all rooms are cared for according to company standards.
- Follow job checklists and meet the company's high quality standards.
- Handle special requests for cleaning services professionally and courteously.
- Communicate respectfully with clients to ensure their specific cleaning needs are met.
- Maintain equipment in good condition and report any malfunctions.
- Adhere to safety and hygiene guidelines to provide optimal services.
- Uphold the company’s core values: reliability, integrity, and thoroughness in all tasks undertaken.
Requirements
- Must operate as a 1099 independent contractor.
- Must be a reliable self-starter who takes pride in a job well done.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license required.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Physical ability to clean, including lifting 20–25 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Proven experience as a cleaner or in a similar role preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
