This is a Full-Time, Fully-Remote position ideal for a forward-thinking professional eager to impact our dynamic team. IronCladplus coordinates benefits for a diverse clientele including labor unions, credit unions, and associations, with a focus on facilitating benefits for groups such as police departments, firefighters, teachers, postal workers, and other labor units.
Operating with deep-rooted connections to over 5,000 union associations throughout Southern California, IronCladplus strives to deliver top-tier service and education regarding union-affiliated benefits. As we continue to expand and adapt to meet an increasing demand, we require a skilled Sales Representative who can keep pace with our growth and uphold our values of integrity, client focus, and professionalism.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Engage with new and existing clients to understand their benefits needs and how they align with their Union Benefits.
- Educate union members on the specific benefits available to them through direct and effective communication.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions, managing personal client data with confidentiality and accuracy.
- Drive sales processes from inquiry through to close, ensuring a smooth transition and high level of customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed of the latest industry developments and update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations.
- Address customer concerns and issues in a timely manner, aiming for first-contact resolution whenever possible.
- Collaborate closely with team members and management to achieve sales goals and contribute to team efforts.
- Provide feedback on market trends, client grievances, and propose creative solutions to improve company services and reputation.
- Continuously strive for sales improvement and personal growth within the company framework.
Requirements
- Residency in California is mandatory.
- Flexible working hours to accommodate client availability and project demands.
- Must be able to pass a state-required background check.
- Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
- No prior experience necessary; comprehensive training will be provided.
