We’re Hiring: Part-Time Treatment Coordinator (Maternity Leave Coverage)

Olentangy Modern Dental is looking for a Part-Time Treatment Coordinator to join our fun, supportive, and fast-paced dental office to help cover an upcoming maternity leave. This is a temporary position.

What We’re Looking For:

• Someone with dental front office experience (preferred but not required)

• A friendly, organized, and detail-oriented team player

• Strong communication skills with the ability to present treatment plans clearly and confidently

• Experience with Open Dental is a plus!

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Reviewing treatment plans and financial options with patients

• Scheduling appointments and managing the doctor’s schedule

• Helping ensure a smooth and welcoming patient experience from start to finish

Position Details:

• Part-Time | Maternity Leave Coverage

• Starting: December 1, 2025

• Coverage through: January 9th, 2025

• Dates subject to change if needed

Office Hours:

• Monday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Tuesday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 3:30 PM (optional)

• Thursday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

• Friday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
