Position Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Menswear Presser to join our team. This individual will be responsible for expertly pressing high-end men’s garments, including suits, dress shirts, trousers, and outerwear, using professional pressing equipment. This role requires an understanding of delicate and fine fabrics, particularly wool, linen, and cotton blends imported from Italy, and the ability to maintain the garment’s integrity and finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Professionally press men’s clothing to store-ready and customer-ready standards

• Handle high-end and delicate fabrics with care, ensuring no damage or discoloration

• Operate commercial steam and pressing equipment safely and effectively

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pressing station

• Inspect garments before and after pressing to ensure the highest quality presentation

• Communicate with store associates and tailors regarding special fabric or pressing needs

• Follow all safety and maintenance procedures related to the equipment and fabric care

Qualifications:

• Previous experience pressing garments in a retail or tailoring environment preferred

• Knowledge of high-end menswear construction and luxury fabric handling

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to garment quality

• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor

Schedule:

• Part-time hours, with flexibility during weekday business hours and some weekends as needed

• Position may involve standing for long periods and light physical labor
