What You’ll Be Doing As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you’ll be working directly with clients to support their emotional and behavioral health. You’ll help carry out treatment plans, cheer on progress, and work side-by-side with counselors and other professionals. If you love helping people and want a job that makes a real impact—this could be a great fit!

Some of the things you'll do:

• Get to know clients through conversation, observation, and interviews
• Help put behavioral treatment plans into action
• Track client progress and help keep treatment on the right path
• Work with our awesome team to plan next steps
• Keep families in the loop and provide support
• Use your organization, communication, and tech skills to make it all happen

• You’re already certified as an RBT (or working toward it!)
• You’re patient, positive, and ready to learn
• You can stay organized and manage your time well
• You enjoy working with people and being part of a supportive team
• You care about making a difference in someone’s life
