Job Title: Patient Care/ Insurance Coordinator
Employment Type: Full-Time (Starting at 4 days/week with potential for 5 days/week)

Are you an organizational wizard? Do you get satisfaction from getting a messy schedule in order or successfully appealing an insurance claim? We are looking for a Front Desk Coordinator to anchor our administrative team.
Your Day-to-Day:
Check patients in and out with a smile (and high energy!).
Verify insurance coverage before the patient arrives to ensure smooth processing.
Help patients understand their treatment plans and collect co-pays with empathy and transparency.
Manage phones, emails, and the Open Dental schedule to keep the day running on time.
The "Must-Haves"
You have at least 1 year of experience running a dental front desk.
You know your way around Open Dental software.
You are comfortable discussing money and collections with patients.
You are a clear communicator (Bilingual skills are a huge bonus!).
