Position Overview:
We’re seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager with a background in door-to-door sales. In this role, you will lead a sales team in the field, drive personal production, and be rewarded through 100% commission and team overrides. Responsibilities:
• Recruit, train, and manage a team of door-to-door sales representatives
• Actively engage in field sales (lead by example)
• Set and track performance goals for team members
• Conduct regular team meetings and trainings
• Monitor KPIs and ensure daily performance metrics are met
• Represent the company professionally and ethically in residential neighborhoods

Qualifications:
• Proven experience in door-to-door or outside sales (required)
• Leadership or team management experience strongly preferred
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated with a strong entrepreneurial mindset
• Must be comfortable working on 100% commission
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
