Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist during various procedures, ensuring a smooth workflow through effective chairside assisting techniques.
• Prepare and sterilize instruments, adhering to aseptic techniques and maintaining a clean environment.
• Utilize dental terminology to communicate effectively with patients and staff, including bilingual interactions.
• Manage patient records and documentation using EMR systems, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Take and process X-rays, and assist in the application of dental treatments in general dentistry, oral surgery, and endodontics.

Candidates should have the following qualifications/qualities:

- Active RDA license

- Positive and growth-oriented attitude

- Ability to multi-task and detail-oriented

- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills

- Experience in a dental setting is preferred

- Bilingual is a plus!

- Experience with Dexis & Open Dental is a plus!
