Summary:

In this role, you will be responsible for providing real-time assistance to customers through our live chat platform, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all users.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner via live chat
- Provide accurate information and solutions to customers, resolving their queries efficiently
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members for further assistance
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and problem-solving skills
