Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Records & Data Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and validating data and records that support critical business operations. If you’re someone who loves working with data, has a sharp eye for accuracy, and enjoys contributing to efficient workflows, this is the role for you.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and verify data in internal systems and databases with high accuracy.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical records in compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Conduct routine data audits to identify inconsistencies or errors and take corrective action.
- Assist with data reporting and generation of summaries for cross-functional teams.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity of sensitive information at all times.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure smooth data flow and communication.
- Support document digitization and archiving initiatives.
- Follow data protection regulations and internal policies rigorously.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business, data management, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in data entry, record management, or administrative support roles.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or database systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, or other CRMs).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
