The Market Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping the direction of Cal Paso Solar Electric’s market presence. Duties and Responsibilities

  • Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for expansion and growth.
  • Develop and implement strategic marketing and sales plans to achieve corporate objectives for products and services.
  • Manage and coordinate marketing, advertising, and promotional staff and activities.
  • Take charge of market research efforts, including analyzing business metrics and performance to determine market effectiveness.
  • Work with the product development team to integrate market needs and trends into product planning and development.
  • Establish and maintain a consistent corporate image throughout all product lines, promotional materials, and events.
  • Liaise with sales management to develop pricing strategies that will effectively maximize profitability and market penetration.
  • Direct market channel development activity and coordinate sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals.
  • Prepare and adhere to marketing budgets, assessing the return on investment and the impact of marketing strategies on business outcomes.
  • Facilitate client retention and ensure customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and effective problem-solving strategies.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing marketing team to foster a competitive and innovative environment.
  • Monitor competitor products, sales, and marketing activities to stay ahead in the industry.
  • Prepare periodic sales and market analysis reports for senior management showcasing results, trends, and forecasts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in market management, preferably in the renewable energy sector or related industries.
  • Demonstrable experience in developing strategic and business plans.
  • Strong analytical skills and a proven track record in market research and business analysis.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and market analysis software.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and to tight deadlines.
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns.
  • A strong ethical mindset and a commitment to sustainable business practices.
