As a Franchise Development Representative, you’ll be on the front lines of our retail-based sales and marketing team. Your primary role is to represent our clients' brands through face-to-face interactions with customers, generate interest in franchise opportunities, and educate prospects on products and services—all while working inside high-traffic retail locations.
This is an entry-level position with paid training, designed for individuals who are enthusiastic, coachable, and looking to gain experience in marketing, sales, or business development. Travel opportunities and cross-training are available for top performers, as well as a clear pathway to upper-level management roles.
What You'll Do
Represent franchise and brand partners inside retail locations
Engage directly with potential customers and answer questions about services and promotions
Support sales activities through professional, informative interactions
Assist with on-site marketing campaigns and franchise development events
Participate in daily team meetings, role-play training, and skill-building workshops
Track customer feedback and report performance metrics to team leads
