Key Responsibilities of the Client Account Manager:
- Build lasting relationships with customers by providing top-tier service and answering inquiries professionally, both face-to-face and through follow-up calls
- Maintain high-quality service aligned with client policies and guidelines by maintaining a positive attitude and responding to clients calmly
- Serve as a subject matter expert for our clients and act as a resource across the Client Account Manager team to help foster a collaborative and professional work environment
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships as a Client Account Manager, ensuring all customer needs are met
- Promote products and services effectively, presenting tailored solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and retention
- Work closely with management and fellow Client Account Managers to meet sales targets and enhance customer loyalty
Qualifications and Requirements for the Client Account Manager Role:
