We are looking to hire a full-time employee. The hours are flexible, but will stay around 40 hours per week. Prior experience and education in property management or government programs are preferred, but not necessary: Training will be provided.

Salary commensurate with experience and education.

Brief description of the tasks you will perform:

Resident Service Coordinator (RSC) Tasks- The main function of a resident services coordinator is to connect tenants to community resources- RSC can provide case management to tenants who can benefit from it- Conduct coordinated events. Coordinated events are events designed to help the tenants in anyway or build community- Provide 7 hours of services to tenants per week on average- Intake referrals from property manager- Weekly 1 hour trainings on various topics relating to resident service coordination- Assist in resolving/mediating tenant relations

Management of LIHTC properties (Newfound River Apartments and Goddard Block) - Manage waiting lists for both properties- Process applications for move ins- Schedule and conduct showings- Conduct annual recertifications- Conduct move out processes- Conduct annual inspections- Organize and maintain tenant files- Complete trainings and obtain certifications for managing LIHTC, HOME, and Blended properties

Must be able to commute to Claremont and Bristol on occasion. Typically 1 day out of the week at each property.
