This role combines coaching and direct outbound sales; to be successful you must be comfortable prospecting, generating typically cold leads, and meeting face-to-face with coaches, athletes, and school teams. In addition to prospecting, you will execute fundraisers and maintain relationships with coaches & activities groups.
Key Details:
- Outbound sales – requires confidence in cold outreach and in-person meetings
- Work school hours, Monday–Thursday and occasional evenings w/ Friday as home office day
- Must have a reliable vehicle and be comfortable traveling locally within your territory
- Receive world-class training and continuous support.
What You’ll Do:
- Sell our proven fundraising services to athletic & activities groups
- Build relationships and manage a pipeline in our CRM
- Execute and oversee fundraisers utilizing a specific system of dynamics
- Maintain long-term relationships with coaches and groups to support our 92% resign rate
- Represent Fundraising University’s mission:Think Big. Raise More.
What You’ll Bring:

- Proven sales experience, especially in outbound or field sales.
