We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to support our sales operations and customer service functions, helping clients find innovative security and access control solutions tailored to their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively engage with new and existing customers via phone, email, and CRM tools
- Provide expert guidance on architectural hardware and smart lock product lines
- Prepare quotes, process orders, and follow up on sales inquiries
- Build long-term relationships with contractors, architects, facility managers, and end-users
- Stay current on product knowledge and industry trends
- Collaborate with outside sales and technical support teams to ensure customer satisfaction
What We're Looking For:
- 2+ years of inside sales or customer service experience (construction or hardware industry preferred)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Tech-savvy with an interest in smart home/IoT solutions
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus
- Knowledge of door hardware, access control, or locksmithing is a major bonus
