Vincere Management Group is excited to announce an available position for a B2B Sales Representative in our dynamic sales department. As we continue to expand our operations and reach within various industrial markets, there is a requirement for a dedicated and strategic sales professional to join our full-time team. This role is on-site and does not offer remote working facilities.
The chosen candidate will play a pivotal role in furthering our reach, acquiring new business deals, and maintaining the satisfaction of our existing client base. This position demands a strong understanding of business-to-business sales dynamics and a proactive approach to problem-solving and client engagement.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and sustain solid relationships with company stakeholders and customers.
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Negotiate contract terms and close sales deals.
- Prepare sales proposals and presentations to pitch product/service lines to clients.
- Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, etc.
- Implement national sales programs by developing field sales action plans.
- Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks and participating in professional societies.
- Provide historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Manage account services through quality checks and other follow-up mechanisms.
- Identify new markets and opportunities for business expansion.
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales; experience in related industry preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or relevant field.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an aptitude for persuasion and negotiation.
- Ability to create and deliver client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
- Excellent analytical and time-management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High degree of professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction.
- Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles.
- Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude.
- Availability to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
- Working knowledge of CRM software and MS Office Suite.
