We are seeking a skilled Embroidery Digitizer to convert artwork and logos into high-quality stitch files for embroidery production. This role is critical in ensuring designs translate accurately onto various materials while maintaining brand integrity and production efficiency.
Answering customer inquiries and help them with their order needs
Answering live customer inquiries and help them with their order needs
Accurately performing data entry of daily duties.
Build rapport with customers to help uncover additional product needs
Be passionate about the Brand and the products we sell
Answer inbound chats on social media platforms
Answer inbound calls
Engaging with customers and getting feedback on their experience
Provide in office feedback to Management
1+ years of Customer Service experience
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
Strong problem-solving and time management skills
Compensation: $17 - $19
