We have exceptional creative assets, a strong brand identity, and a team of talented photographers,videographers, and designers ready to execute. What we need is a strategic mind who can connectthose assets to a cohesive narrative, build an audience, and move the needle on both brand equityand revenue.You will be the architect of Branded Bills’ social presence — setting the vision, owning the strategy,and executing with precision across every channel we operate.
WHAT YOU’LL OWN
Brand Storytelling
• Develop and maintain a content strategy that tells the full Branded Bills story — productquality, brand culture, custom capabilities, and community.
• Build content calendars that balance company selling silos, product-forward storytelling,lifestyle content, behind-the-scenes, and cultural moments.
• Work hand-in-hand with our creative team (photographers, videographers, designers) to brief,curate, and direct content that is purposeful.
• Showcase consistent brand voice and visual identity across every platform and every post,ensuring content is platform native, culturally relevant, and optimized for engagement andperformance.
Social as a Revenue Channel
• Develop a strategic approach to social commerce that drives revenue without compromisingbrand integrity — blending organic and paid-adjacent content seamlessly.
• Leverage platform-native shopping tools (Instagram Shop, TikTok Shop, link-in-biooptimization) to create frictionless purchase paths.
BRANDED BILLS | JOB DESCRIPTION
• Track and report on social-attributed revenue, conversion rates, and ROI to continuouslyoptimize the content-to-commerce funnel.
• Partner with marketing on promotions, launches, and seasonal campaigns to ensure socialamplification is strategic and well-timed.
Affiliate, UGC & Product Seeding
• Own the end-to-end social partnership process — conducting outreach to potentialcollaborators, negotiating rates and deliverables, identifying product needs, monitoring content,and ensuring every partnership is executed seamlessly from first contact to final reporting.
• Build and manage a proactive product seeding program,identifying the right creators, athletes,and tastemakers who align authentically with the Branded Bills brand.
• Develop a UGC strategy that incentivizes customers and community members to create andshare content organically, building social proof at scale.
• Establish and grow an affiliate program, identifying and nurturing partners who can drive bothreach and revenue.
• Manage influencer relationships from outreach through reporting, ensuring clear expectations,authentic integration, and measurable outcomes.
• Manage and allocate budget for influencer, affiliate, and UGC campaigns, optimizing efficientspend across partnerships to maximize reach, engagement, and ROI.
Trends, Timeliness & Cultural Relevance
• Monitor emerging trends, platform algorithm changes, and cultural moments to identify and acton opportunities that elevate our presence.
• Move quickly and decisively on trend-driven content, working within our creative ecosystem toproduce timely, high-quality responses.
• Build a repeatable process for capturing real-time moments (events, partnerships, seasons)that keeps our feed feeling alive and relevant.
• Stay ahead of what’s next — not just what’s trending now — and bring proactiverecommendations to the broader brand team.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• 3–5+ years of social media management experience, with demonstrated ownership of strategy,not just execution.
• Proven track record of growing engaged audiences and driving measurable results (revenue,follower growth, engagement rate, reach).
• Deep fluency across Instagram and TikTok — you understand how each platform worksalgorithmically and creatively, and you adapt your strategy accordingly.
• Experience managing UGC programs, influencer/affiliate relationships, and product seedinginitiatives.
• Strong creative eye — you can look at a library of photography and video and know exactlywhat story to tell and how to tell it.
• Excellent brief-writing and communication skills — collaboration with creative team membersand aligned stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset — you make decisions based on data, not gut feeling alone, and you’recomfortable building and presenting performance reports.
• Self-starter mentality with a bias toward action — you don’t wait to be told what to do next.
• Experience in lifestyle, fashion, outdoor, or consumer goods brand environments stronglypreferred.
