Position: Talent Acquisition Lead

Job Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Lead is responsible for leading and executing the organization’s pre-
employment strategy, including full-cycle recruiting, hiring manager partnership, and early talent
pipeline development. This role ensures a consistent, high-quality hiring process while building
scalable practices to support organizational growth.
The Talent Acquisition Lead serves as a strategic partner to leaders, providing guidance on
workforce planning, candidate selection, and market insights, while also driving day-to-day
recruiting execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition Strategy & Execution
Partner with leadership to understand staffing needs and workforce planning priorities
Develop and execute recruiting strategies aligned with business goals through a full life-cycle lens
Manage external posting strategies, candidate pipelines, and interview processes
Ensure consistent, efficient, and compliant hiring practices
Hiring Manager Partnership
Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers throughout the hiring process
Provide guidance on role scoping, candidate profiles, and selection criteria
Train and coach managers on interviewing best practices and decision-making
Drive consistency and quality across interview, evaluation and selection processes
Early Talent & Campus Recruiting
Develop and execute strategies for internship and early career hiring
Build and maintain relationships with universities, trade schools, and relevant programs
Identify opportunities to create pipelines for future talent needs
Coordinate and participate in campus events, career fairs, and internship programs
Partner with managers to design meaningful internship experiences and support conversion to full-time roles
Candidate Experience & Employer Brand
Ensure a positive, efficient, and engaging candidate experience
Maintain clear and timely communication with candidates and stakeholders
Support initiatives that strengthen employer brand and talent attraction
Process Improvement &Metrics
Continuously evaluate and improve recruiting processes, tools, and workflows
Track and report on key recruiting metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, quality of hire)
Use data and insights to inform decisions and improve outcomes
Team Support & Coordination
Provide guidance and support to recruiting team members or coordinators
Help prioritize requisitions and ensure timely progress across openings
Contribute to building scalable talent acquisition practices as the organization grows
Skills and Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in talent acquisition
Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment across a variety of roles
Strong ability to partner with leaders and influence hiring decisions
Experience developing or supporting early career or campus recruiting initiatives
preferred
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools

Compensation:
$55,000 - $65,000
