Job Summary:
As a Branded Bills Account Manager (AM), your responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring their needs are met, and driving the growth of assigned accounts. This role involves acting as a liaison between clients and internal teams, identifying opportunities for upselling, and delivering exceptional service to achieve high client satisfaction and retention. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and skilled at managing multiple accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
Account Growth and Development:
Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products and services.
Develop and implement account strategies to achieve revenue growth and client success.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
Ensure all agreements align with both client and company objectives.
Track account performance, including revenue, satisfaction metrics, and KPIs.
Prepare and deliver regular reports to clients and internal leadership.
Market Insights:
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and client-specific developments.
Provide strategic recommendations based on market insights to improve client outcomes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
3+ years of experience in account management, client services, or sales.
Proven track record of managing multiple accounts and meeting performance goals.
Strong knowledge of CRM software (e.g. HubSpot) and project management tools.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Compensation: $40,000
Commission: 3%
