Job Summary:

The Packet Specialist is responsible for creating, assembling, and preparing paper packets according to

specifications. The role requires attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to work efficiently

to meet production goals while maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

● Packet Assembly:

o Print packets that will follow the order process through to shipment.

o Ensure that all packets include the necessary design sheets and are noted appropriately.

o Organize packet components (color coded pages, labels, notes, etc…) as required.

o Responsible for making sure packets are delivered to the correct department once

assembled.

o Track and report capacity limits based on projected due dates.

● Team Collaboration:

o Be able to communicate with internal teams to make sure all information is provided to

complete packets accurately.

o Communicate with the Production Team to answer any questions regarding details on

the Sales Order.

o Support team efforts in resolving issues or bottlenecks in the production process.

● Reporting and Documentation:

o Maintain accurate counts of completed packets and materials used.

o Log completed work and communicate any discrepancies or delays to supervisors.

Qualifications:

● High school diploma or equivalent;

● Previous experience in manual assembly, crafting, or production is preferred but not required.

● Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

● Strong communication, problem-solving, and team-building abilities.

● Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team

Working Conditions:

● Standing, sitting, bending, and lifting for extended periods.

● Capable of lifting and moving light to moderate loads (e.g., stacks of paper).
