EARN TOP PAY HERE: We’re actively hiring (04) skilled Water Damage Restoration Technician, Mold Removal Technicians and Biohazard cleanup technicians with experience in water damage restoration and mold remediation. We are also actively: Water Damage Restoration / Mold Removal Crew Leaders, Project Managers, Estimators, Xactimate Users, Mitigation Specialists and Superintendents.
You’ll be responsible for performing cleanup, demolition, biohazard cleaning and drying procedures for residential and commercial properties affected by water intrusion and mold. Knowledge of IICRC S500 and S520 standards is a major plus.
Perform water extraction, structural drying, and dehumidification
Conduct mold remediation: containment setup, HEPA vacuuming, demolition, and disinfection
Safely operate restoration equipment (air movers, dehumidifiers, foggers, etc.)
Complete job documentation including photos and moisture readings
Able to follow Scope of Work outlines provided for projects
Maintain a clean and safe job site and company vehicle
Collaborate with project managers and team members to complete jobs on time
2+ years in water damage restoration or mold remediation and abatement workers, construction, or similar trade
Comfortable with PPE, hand tools, and restoration protocols
Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
We do perform pre-employment drug screening
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
IICRC Certification (WRT, AMRT)
Water damage restoration work
Experience with asbestos abatement, fire damage, or indoor air quality work
Job Type: Full-time or Part-time
Pay: $19 – $52/hour (based on experience and certifications)
Hours: 25–60 hours/week, must be available for some after-hours/emergency jobs
