Hybrid Restoration Technician – Water Damage & Mold Remediation Pro

Are you a hands-on, detail-driven technician with a knack for turning disaster into pristine property? We’re looking for a skilled Hybrid Restoration Technician experienced in both water damage restoration and mold remediation. In this fast-paced role, you’ll be the first line of defense in restoring residential and commercial properties to their pre-loss condition—all while earning what you’re worth.

What You’ll Do:

• Rapid Response & Solid Execution:
  Extract water, perform structural drying, and dehumidify spaces quickly and efficiently to limit additional damage.
• Mold Remediation Mastery:
  Take charge of mold containment, HEPA vacuuming, controlled demolition of compromised materials, and thorough disinfection.
• Equipment Operation & Documentation:
• Safely operate industry-standard restoration equipment (air movers, dehumidifiers, foggers, etc.) and maintain detailed job documentation—including photos and moisture readings.
• Quality & Safety First:
  Always follow specific Scope of Work instructions, adhere to IICRC standards, and maintain a spotless, safe job site and company vehicle.

• Team Collaboration:
  Work alongside fellow technicians to get jobs done right and on time, ensuring every project meets our high-quality benchmarks.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience That Counts:
  At least 2 years’ experience in water damage restoration, mold remediation, or a related field.
• Tool & Technique Savvy:
  Comfortable using personal protective equipment (PPE), hand tools, and specialized restoration gear.
• Strong Work Ethic:
  A commitment to excellence—with a keen eye for detail and top-notch problem-solving skills.
• Screening & Transportation:
  You must be willing to undergo pre-employment drug screening, possess a valid driver’s license, and have reliable transportation.

Bonus Points:

• IICRC Certification (such as WRT or AMRT)
• Additional restoration experience related to fire damage, asbestos abatement, or indoor air quality improvement

Position Details:

• Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time
• Pay: $19 – $52 per hour (based on experience and certifications)
• Hours: 25–60 hours per week (availability for some after-hours/emergency jobs required)
• Location: On-site / Field-Based
