Join Team Takara in delivering hands-on, compassionate, end of life care while supporting patients, families, and community caregivers. Looking for a LVN or RN. 

Availability Requirements: 7on/7off nights and every other weekend

Position Qualifications

• Registered Nurse-Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Valid Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license in the state of practice.
• Maintains a current CPR certification.
• Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state/or organization requirements and is in good working order.
• Skilled Nurses shall have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a professional nurse, and within that period, at least 1 year in the area of public health, home health, or hospice nursing is preferred.
• Self-directed and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrates excellent observation, problem solving, verbal and written communications, nursing skills per competency checklist.
• Shows ability to organize and prioritize workload independently.
• Prolonged or considerable walking or standing. Able to lift, position, and/or transfer patients. Able to lift supplies and equipment. Considerable reaching, stooping, bending, kneeling, and/or crouching. Visual acuity and hearing to perform required nursing skills.
• Hours: Work 7 days 6 pm to 6 am M-F and every other weekend then have 7 days off
