Greet and assist patients with a positive, friendly attitude
Schedule appointments and manage patient records
Collect patient information and update the EHR system.
Support the chiropractor with patient prep and basic clinical tasks
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Educate patients on services and wellness practices
Assist with administrative duties as needed
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Enthusiastic and dependable with a strong work ethic
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Prior experience in a healthcare or customer service setting preferred
High school diploma or equivalent required
