Key Responsibilities of the Telecom Account Associate:
- Engage customers directly by providing expert advice on wireless products and services to meet their needs
- Act as the first point of contact for new and existing customers for all questions, comments, and concerns regarding their services
- Conduct market research with the Telecom Account Associate team to understand customer needs, optimize company sales, and stay ahead of the competition
- Efficiently and confidently upsell products and services to customers when appropriate.
- Working closely with the Telecom Account Associate team and management to share best practices and strategies for achieving sales goals
- Utilize negotiating skills to close out sales and finalize contracts
- Lead informative training sessions and coordinate with the Telecom Account Associate team to ensure consistent, high-quality service
- Help track and analyze with the Telecom Account Associate team customer interactions and sales performance
Qualifications and Requirements for the Telecom Account Associate Role:
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or telecommunications is preferred
- You are a natural self-starter capable of working at a high level in an independent environment
- Strong verbal communication, written communication, and presentation skills
- A passion for learning and developing skills in sales, customer service, and leadership
