Account Manager - Entry Level

Salary Range:  $52000 - $62000 year

We are a business management firm that offers behind the scenes support to our client's growing customer base in the Pomona area. To meet client demand, we are hiring an Account Manager to join our business development team. 

The  Entry Level Account Manager will focus on customer acquisition and business development for our clients inPomona. The Entry Level Account Manager will interact and handle customer needs directly while simultaneously developing the necessary skills to train and manage a team by leading from the front. The Entry Level Account Manager will also receive hands-on training on all customer acquisition, sales and marketing techniques, business development strategies, territory management, and compliance standards. 

Entry Level Account Manager Responsibilities:

  • Ability to communicate eloquently with thoughtful, customized solutions for diverse individuals and guide customers' needs successfully 
  • Develop comprehensive knowledge of all product offerings, sales and promotions that our clients have to offer
  • Speak with potential customers and qualify them for potential products, sales promotions, and services.
  • Schedule customer appointments and service enrollment  with limited supervision while meeting timeliness and accuracy standards
  • Working hands-on with the Management team to ensure customer satisfaction and increase profit margins
  • Grasp changes efficiently in policies or renewals
