Salary Range:  $1200 - $3000 week

As we expand our team, we're looking for energetic and personable Field Marketing Representatives to help drive our inside sales efforts through direct consumer engagement.

As a Field Marketing Representative, you'll be at the forefront of our in-person marketing and sales efforts. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy engaging with people, promoting products or services, and being on the move. You’ll represent clients in retail settings and local events while executing sales strategies designed to generate leads and close deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent client brands in retail or event-based environments through face-to-face marketing

  • Educate potential customers on product features, promotions, and benefits

  • Support sales goals by identifying and converting leads into customers

  • Participate in training sessions, team meetings, and campaign launches

  • Travel locally as needed to support field marketing events and retail activations

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Previous experience in marketing, retail, or customer-facing roles is a plus but not required

  • Strong verbal communication and active listening skills

  • Self-motivated, outgoing, and resilient under pressure

  • Must be comfortable standing for extended periods and interacting with diverse audiences

  • Willingness to travel locally or regionally as needed
