As we continue to expand, we’re seeking a Sales Operations Associate to support our inside sales team and help drive operational excellence behind the scenes.
As a Sales Operations Associate, you’ll play a critical role in optimizing sales performance. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on organization, analytics, and helping teams run more efficiently. You’ll work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and leadership to ensure the success and scalability of our inside sales operations.
Key Responsibilities.
Identify inefficiencies in sales processes and suggest improvements.
Help onboard and train new sales reps on internal tools and systems.
Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership on campaign execution support.
Monitor sales trends and provide insights to inform strategic decisions.
Qualifications
Highschool Diploma or GED Required.
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
