We’re looking for a talented and customer-focused Customer Success Representative to support our inside sales team, ensuring our clients and customers receive world-class service and results every step of the way.
As a Customer Success Representative, you will serve as the link between Iron Shield Strategies and its customers—supporting account growth, resolving client inquiries, and promoting long-term relationships. This role combines elements of sales, support, and relationship management. You’ll engage directly with new and existing customers to ensure satisfaction, identify upsell opportunities, and assist in account expansion.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a primary point of contact for customers.
Build strong relationships with clients to drive engagement and retention.
Identify customer needs and align them with available solutions or upsell opportunities.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support customer success initiatives.
Resolve customer issues quickly and effectively, ensuring a seamless experience.
Support quarterly business reviews and assist with customer onboarding when necessary.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Solution-oriented mindset with attention to detail and follow-through.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
