We’re a leading Phoenix-based wholesaler and manufacturer of screen and shade products, and we’re hiring a full-time Warehouse Manager to oversee and improve our warehouse operations. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on inventory control, shipping/receiving, and team supervision. You’ll be managing a team of 5 warehouse associates and drivers.

What You’ll Do:

Inventory Tracking & Accuracy

• Maintain accurate inventory records using QuickBooks

• Conduct regular cycle counts and an annual full physical inventory

• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies

Receiving & Inspection

• Verify incoming shipments against purchase orders

• Inspect for damage, quality, and accuracy

• Ensure accurate stocking and timely system entry

Stock Organization & Storage

• Optimize warehouse layout for efficient space usage and accessibility

• Ensure FIFO (First-In, First-Out) is followed

Order Fulfillment

• Oversee picking, packing, and staging of orders

• Ensure correct quantities and items are shipped

• Coordinate with shipping carriers and schedule pickups

Additional Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support warehouse associates in daily tasks

• Operate forklifts and assist with freight loading/unloading

• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse environment

• Collaborate with office staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment processing

• Train new team members and uphold performance standards

• Create daily delivery routes

• Ensure drivers leave on time and maintain their schedules

• Update GPS systems with accurate addresses

• Schedule and manage routine maintenance on delivery trucks

What We’re Looking For:

• Reliable, organized, and team-oriented

• Proven experience in warehouse management and inventory control

• Comfortable lifting up to 85 lbs

• Forklift certification preferred

• Spanish speaking a plus
