Your Responsibilities

  • Prospect and secure new client accounts for our private security services

  • Perform targeted outreach: calls, emails, and site visits

  • Build strong relationships with property managers, business owners, developers, and more

  • Guide prospects through the sales process — from intro to signed contract

  • Strategically plan your own sales pipeline to maximize close rates and commissions

  • Collaborate with leadership to identify emerging market opportunities

What You Bring

  • Proven background in B2B sales, business development, or outbound prospecting

  • Self-driven, ambitious, and not afraid to work for what you want

  • Strong communicator with the ability to build trust quickly

  • Comfortable with a commission-only model and excited by performance-based income

  • Ability to manage time and tasks independently

  • Based in or willing to travel throughout the Seattle–Tacoma metro area

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Experience in security, law enforcement, or military

  • Existing network in property management or commercial real estate

  • Familiarity with CRMs like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools
