Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning and sanitizing tasks throughout the assigned properties.
- Handle duties such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
- Empty trash receptacles, dispose of waste in a sanitary manner, and keep waste disposal areas clean.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, showers, and kitchen fixtures.
- Maintain a regular cleaning schedule that complies with the hygienic standards of the industry.
- Operate various types of cleaning equipment safely and effectively.
- Restock consumable items such as soap, toilet paper, paper towels, and other supplies.
- Ensure doors and windows are locked after cleaning areas.
- Monitor and maintain sanitation and organization of assigned areas.
- Report any necessary repairs or replacements as needed.
- Handle emergency cleaning and upkeep requests as required.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations and active policies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a cleaning role, preferably within commercial environments.
- Knowledge of cleaning supplies and chemicals, including their safe handling, risk factors, and disposal methods.
- Aptitude for working with minimal supervision in a trustworthy and reliable manner.
- Physically capable of lifting and moving objects up to 50 lbs as necessary.
- Excellent time management skills to handle the fixed schedule from 5 pm to 9 pm.
- Strong attention to detail and dedication to maintaining cleanliness and sanitation.
- Ability to effectively communicate and coordinate with team members and management.

- A valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.
- Must successfully pass a background check prior to employment.
