Clean Team, a leading company in maintaining commercial spaces, is excited to announce a job opening for a Cleaner position. The successful candidate will be tasked with maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of various designated areas within commercial establishments. Our ideal candidate is diligent, efficient, and understands the importance of safety and cleanliness in work environments. The cleaner will contribute to providing a pleasant environment for all employees and visitors by performing scheduled cleaning tasks diligently.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning and sanitizing tasks throughout the assigned property.
• Handle cleaning duties for various office areas, including but not limited to, bathrooms, break rooms, and general offices.
• Ensure that all surfaces (e.g., desks, tables, and chairs) and equipment are wiped, dusted, and polished.
• Responsible for mopping, sweeping, and vacuuming floors in all areas.
• Collect and dispose of trash and waste materials using provided tools and facilities.
• Restock bathrooms with necessary supplies and ensure that soap dispensers are fully operational.
• Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage to floors and fixtures.
• Maintain a schedule to ensure all areas are cleaned regularly and complaints are addressed promptly.
• Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations.
• Monitor cleaning supplies stock and place orders when necessary.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Must pass a comprehensive background check.
• Proven experience as a cleaner or in a similar role.
• Familiarity with material safety data sheets.
• Ability to work efficiently without compromising quality or safety.
• Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.
• Capacity to take direction and to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Commitment to working a part-time schedule from Monday to Friday, 5 PM to 9 PM.
