All In One Benso Family Dental is excited to announce an available position for a Chairside Dental Assistant. Nestled in the heart of North Phoenix, our facility offers a supportive and enriched working environment ideal for those passionate about providing exceptional dental care. This is a Full-Time, on-site Chairside Dental Assistant position, which requires a dedicated individual ready to contribute effectively in a high-paced, private practice setting. This role entails direct patient care and interaction, thus it is essential that candidates are personable, professional, and skilled in various dental assisting tasks.
Our practice, renowned for its comprehensive approach to dental care, covers General Dentistry, Complex/Restorative procedures, Implants, Orthodontics, and more. As a non-corporate, high-end private practice, we ensure personalized patient care and high professional standards across all services provided. We are thus seeking a highly skilled Chairside Dental Assistant who is autonomous, diligent, and a positive team player, ready to manage duties ranging from patient preparation to the execution of sophisticated dental procedures.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Preparation of patients for dental procedures, ensuring all forms, consents, and preoperative instructions are clearly communicated.
- Provide direct assistance during procedures such as fillings, crowns, implants, extractions, root canals, making of temporary crowns, as well as managing orthodontic treatments like braces and Invisalign.
- Effective sterilization and management of dental instruments and equipment to maintain hygiene and readiness for use.
- Ensure all areas are clean and properly set before and after procedures, following strict post-procedure cleanup protocols.
- Perform administrative tasks relevant to dental assisting, including updating and maintaining accurate and comprehensive dental records for each patient.
Requirements
- Minimum of three (3) years prior experience in a Chairside Dental Assistant.
- Proficiency with Dentrix software to manage clinical and administrative dental tasks.
- Must possess a current Radiology certification.
- Phlebotomy certification is considered an added advantage.
- Exceptional ability to work independently in clinical settings managing both routine and complex dental tasks.
- Strong interpersonal skills to ensure effective communication and comfort for patients throughout their visit.
- A team-oriented approach, able to effectively collaborate with other dental professionals to provide top-quality care.
- Highly organized, meticulous, and able to multitask in a dynamic environment.
