CORE BELIEFS

of a Highly Functioning Team

TRUST.

I believe that trust is a key component in a highly functioning team.  I trust that my co-workers & my support team are always working beside me & share these same core beliefs.

ENTER WITH HUMILITY, COLLABORATE WITH PURPOSE.

I show up with integrity and purpose, driven by values that rise above personal pride. My actions and words reflect a commitment to something greater than myself.

SEEK FIRST TO UNDERSTAND.

I do not judge others.  I seek first to understand, always beginning with the assumption that people want to do good and be good.

REJECT NEGATIVITY.

I think “YES” before “No”.  I recognize that it is my responsibility to create my own positive work environment.  I acknowledge that negative thoughts & words result in negative behaviors, which I refuse to allow into my space.

LOVE WHAT YOU DO OR DO IT SOMEPLACE ELSE.

I approach every task with passion & dedication.  I understand that my success and the success of the team is driven by my readiness to be present at all times.

EMBRACE CHANGE.
