Lawrence’s Fish & Shrimp is seeking a passionate and experienced Restaurant Supervisor with the passion to lead by example, motivate and mentor crew members. 

Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure excellent food quality, service, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction
  • Lead, train, motivate, and hold team members accountable to company standards
  • Assist with staffing, scheduling, onboarding, and performance management
  • Monitor labor, food costs, inventory, and waste with a focus on profitability
  • Ensure compliance with all food safety, health, and sanitation regulations
  • Handle guest concerns professionally and resolve issues promptly
  • Support the General Manager with operational planning, reporting, and execution
  • Maintain a safe, organized, and high-energy work environment
  • Demonstrate leadership behaviors aligned with advancement into AGM/GM responsibilities

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of restaurant supervisory or management experience (QSR or fast‑casual preferred)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team‑building skills
  • Proven ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment
  • Solid understanding of food safety, labor management, and basic P&L concepts
  • Dependable, hands‑on leader with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Desire for long‑term growth into a senior management role
