Our multi-provider, family owner Dental practice is looking for an incredible person

to join our dynamic team as our new Scheduling Coordinator, overseeing our

Hygienists schedules! This role is imperative to the success of a dental practice and is

one that we will be seeking the most qualified candidates for!

Our Perfect Dental Scheduling Coordinator will be:

● Someone who enjoys being part of a team and is committed to patient care

● Great over the phone, inviting patients back to the office

● Experience in a dental front office role is strongly preferred

● Familiarity with Dentrix a big plus

This Dental Scheduling Coordinator position will include, but is not limited to:

● Monday-Thursday work schedule

● Phone call management

● Patient Relationship building with all dental patients

● Hygiene schedule management and optimization

● Appointment confirming and managing; filling a schedule when needed

● Dental recare reminders and communication

● New Patient call intake

● Treatment cost review for both Hygiene and Dental treatment as needed
