- Supporting patients through postoperative care and follow-up
- Serving as the lead clinical point of contact for patients and staff
What Sets This Role Apart
- Stable, predictable hours (Mon-Thu 8A-5P, Fri 8A-4P) - no nights, weekends, or rotating shifts
- Opportunity to assist with advanced anesthesia and surgical procedures both in-office and in the OR
- The chance to grow into a leadership position in a highly specialized practice
- Exposure to some of the most advanced TMJ and jaw surgeries performed anywhere in the world
- A practice culture built on trust, collaboration, and meaningful relationships
Requirements
- Active RN license (Virginia) or Certified EMT with clinical and IV experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with patients and colleagues
