Treatment Coordinator

Mama's Pediatric Dentistry and The International Center for TMJ & Jaw Surgery are seeking an experienced treatment coordinator to guide patients through our treatment process.  

Candidates for this role should be familiar with treatment presentation and feel comfortable navigating patents through each step of the treatment process, from initiating financial agreements to their surgery. It is important that interested applicants are clear communicators who can help patients understand the value of treatement in a premium practice, while supporting front desk operations. The main job responsibility is to explain treatment options clearly and concisely as well as their related costs. 

The treatment coordinator is a liason between the doctor and the patient and assists in the gathering of information in the new patient experience, as well as coordinating treatment plan presentation, and negotiating financial arrangements with the patient. 

We are a family-owned, founder-led practice providing pediatric dentistry and advanced oral and maxillofacial surgery, including complex TMJ and airway care. Patients travel nationally and internationally for treatment, and our team is committed to providing thoughtful, high-quality care in a supportive environment.

Minimum Functions of this Role:

  • Coordinate treatment from financial agreement to surgery
  • Organize and track treatment plans
  • Follow up on unscheduled treatment
