Field Customer Support Trainee – Saskatoon

Lion Star Consulting is a growing consulting company based in Saskatoon that works directly with customers to deliver strong service experiences for our clients. We focus on teamwork, personal development, and hands-on learning. We are currently hiring a Field Customer Support Trainee to join our field team and support customer engagement efforts. 

This role is designed for someone who enjoys working with people and wants to gain experience in customer service, sales support, and leadership. As a Field Customer Support Trainee, you will receive direct coaching while working in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

What You’ll Do as a Field Customer Support Trainee

• Explain products and services clearly to customers
• Build positive relationships that encourage repeat business
• Assist customers through the sales and service process
• Work closely with team members to meet daily goals
• Follow up on customer requests and orders
• Respond to questions or concerns with professionalism
• Represent client brands in a positive and consistent way
