As a Client Account Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met while consistently exceeding expectations. We are committed to developing talent from the ground up and provide comprehensive training, mentorship, and hands-on support to help you succeed in sales and client relations. You will collaborate closely with our sales and account management teams to develop strategic solutions that drive results.

Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and revenue
Build and maintain long-term client relationships by understanding goals and delivering tailored solutions
Accurately manage customer information, including account setup and sales documentation
Work alongside senior leadership to learn how to train and mentor new account management team members
Participate in daily team meetings focused on improving sales performance, customer service, and leadership skills
Contribute innovative ideas that promote teamwork and support company objectives
Previous leadership or management experience is an asset, but not required
A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with clients, customers, and team members
Reliable transportation and the ability to commute to the office
