Overview

We are seeking a dependable and hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to operate across multiple rest area locations. This role is critical in maintaining cleanliness standards, ensuring staff accountability, and handling on-site general repairs.

The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical and repair skills, the ability to work independently, and experience managing staff across multiple locations. This position requires a proactive leader who can conduct daily inspections and ensure all sites meet company standards

This role also includes travel between locations, conducting unannounced inspections, and completing daily reports with photos. The right candidate will be detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of developing and enforcing effective cleaning procedures while addressing maintenance needs as they arise.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and support daily maintenance operations 

Repair and maintain restrooms (toilets, sinks, plumbing issues) 

Fix and replace lighting in break areas and facilities 

Perform general repairs in common areas and workspaces 

Ensure all areas are clean, safe, and fully functional Respond quickly to maintenance requests and emergencies 

Coordinate basic preventive maintenance tasks

Requirements:

Proven experience in maintenance or a similar supervisory role 

Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and general repairs 

Leadership and team management skills 

Ability to prioritize tasks and solve problems efficiently Good communication skills Flexible schedule (including weekends if needed)

Preferred Qualifications:

Technical certification or related training Experience managing maintenance teams
